Do you ever just sit down and count how many blessings you truly have?
Today was one of those days....
today as I was crafting and face timing my sister (whom lives in Wisconsin), I stopped and looked around... I smiled because outside of my craft room window I could see my husband acting all silly with our goat named Max. He was jumping around and laughing as Max would try to run in circles around him. I couldn't help but think that one day that man will be the father to my children, and man oh man is he going to be the best dad there is. He is the most caring, compassionate, kind, hard- working, handsome, sweet, thoughtful, self-less man I know. I am madly in love with him. What an amazing blessing he is to me!
And then I started thinking more... God has given me lots of things in my life that brings me JOY. I am so unbelievably over flowing with blessings. I am 23 (almost 24 on Wednesday) and I have already accomplished things people are dreaming of accomplishing at a later time in their life. I have a husband whom adores me, supports me, and does everything to give us the best life possible, I am a teacher (a dream I have had since I was 8) to 17 6 and 7 year olds, whom I would not trade, bought my first house (4 bedrooms with 2 acres of property), I am a wife whom adores her husband and would follow him to the ends of the earth, have great in-laws, my family is amazing, and I am loved by a heavenly father who sent his son to die on the cross for me so that I can have eternal life with him in heaven....
SERIOUSLY WHO WOULDN'T BE OVERFLOWING?!?!?!!
I could name a thousand more blessings...
God is good all of the time even during the storms of your life and for that I am thankful and blessed!
On a side note.. Look what I made today :)
and then I had dinner with my best of the best Marina!
